新冠肺炎疫情期间河南省援鄂医疗队员压力应激反应调查

The investigation and analysis on the stress reaction of the He’nan medical aid team during the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia

目的了解河南省援鄂医疗队员压力应激反应情况。方法通过手机端网络问卷调查方式,利用压力应激反应问卷(SQR)对河南省援鄂医疗队全体队员进行调查。结果回收有效问卷620份,应激反应得分为(56.56±15.55),高于健康人群常模(53.67±18.99),差异有统计学意义(t=4.627,P<0.01);压力应激反应得分>53.67分的有325人,占52.42%。不同性别、职称、职业、从业年限间得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。3个维度中情绪反应、躯体反应、行为反应得分分别为(24.61±5.35)、(17.16±6.46)、(14.80±4.74),与常模的(20.49±9.51)、(16.67±6.81)、(13.20±5.47)比较均有所提高,除躯体反应外(t=1.874,P=0.061)外,情绪反应、行为反应差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为19.153、8.396,P值均<0.05)。除情绪反应、行为反应中性别、年龄间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他不同特征人群间各维度得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间河南省援鄂医疗队队员压力应激反应较大,需采取针对性干预措施。

Objective To understand the stress reaction of the He’nan medical aid team in Hubei province.Methods Stress Reaction Questionnaire(SQR)was used to investigate all members of He’nan medical aid team through the online survey.Results A total of 620 valid questionnaires were collected,the average stress reaction score was(56.56±15.55),which was higher than those of normal population(53.67±18.99),with statistical difference(t=4.627,P<0.001).325 members had stress response score higher than 53.67,accounted for 52.42%.The differences between groups of different genders,professional titles,occupations or service durations were significantly different(all P<0.05).Among all dimensions,the scores of emotional response,physical response and behavioral response were(24.61±5.35),(17.16±6.46)and(14.80±4.74),respectively,which were higher than those of normal population[(20.49±9.51),(16.67±6.81)and(13.20±5.47),respectively];except for physical response score,the scores of emotional response and behavioral response were significantly different(t=19.153 and 8.396,all P<0.05).Except for scores between groups of different genders and ages for emotional response and behavioral response(all P>0.05),there were significant differences between scores of all dimensions among other groups with different characteristics(all P<0.05).Conclusion The stress reaction of the He’nan medical aid team was relatively high during the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia,targeted countermeasures should be carried out.
