摘要
在现代电力企业后勤管理中,物资采购风险管理占据着关键地位,必须对诱发后勤物资采购风险的原因进行精准分析与把握,并以此为基础,制定相应的风险管理应对策略。基于此,论文首先介绍了电力后勤物资采购风险的基本内涵,分析了当前电力后勤物资采购风险的诱因,并结合相关实践经验,分别从建立完善的电力物资采购产品质量管理体系等多个角度与方面,提出了电力后勤物资采购风险管理的有效路径,望对相关工作提供借鉴。
In the logistics management of modern power enterprises,material procurement risk management occupies a key position.It is necessary to accurately analyze and grasp the causes of logistics material procurement risk,and on this basis,formulate corresponding risk management coping strategies.Based on this,this paper firstly introduces the basic connotation of power logistics material procurement risk,analyzes the causes of current power logistics material procurement risk,and combined with relevant practical experience,puts forward the effective path of power logistics material procurement risk management from multiple angles and aspects,such as the establishment of a perfect quality management system of power logistics material procurement products,and hopes to provide reference for related work.
