校企合作视野下的就业劳动合同短期化决策研究

摘要 校企合作模式的开展,使企业对岗位中所需人才的具体要求逐步提升,推动企业向现代化模式迈进。校企合作以社会及市场为基本导向,促使企业参与高校人才培养过程。近年来,90后人群成为就业市场的主体,劳动合同短期化和高离职率问题现象逐渐凸显。通过调查发现,劳动报酬、工作内容、工作地点、兴趣爱好及家庭所在地等因素均与劳动合同期限长短有直接关系。因此,论文以吸引、保留毕业生为目的进行研究,以促使企业顺应劳动市场变化对供求结构适当进行调整。 The development of the school-enterprise cooperation mode has gradually increased the specific requirements of the enterprise for the talents needed in the post,and promoted the enterprise to move towards a modernization mode.School-enterprise cooperation takes society and the market as the basic orientation and encourages enterprises to participate in the process of talents training in universities.In recent years,the post-90s population has become the mainstay of the employment market,the problems and phenomena of short-term labor contracts and high turnover rates have gradually become prominent.Through the investigation,it is found that labor remuneration,work content,work place,interests and hobbies,family location and other factors are directly related to the length of the labor contracts.Therefore,the research of the paper aims at attracting and retaining graduates,so as to encourage enterprises to adjust the supply and demand structure appropriately in response to changes in the labor market.
