摘要
论文以产城融合为背景,在产业与人才的关系中,对江门市人才引进的激励机制、政策落实及运行机制三个方面进行研究,从顶层设计、激励制度体系、分配政策、整合资源、加强保障、突出人才主体、强调培养、打造专家库等方面提出完善建议。
Based on industrial and urban integration,this paper studies the incentive mechanism,policy implementation and operation mechanism of talent introduction in Jiangmen City in the relationship between industry and talent,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of top-level design,incentive system,distribution policy,resource integration,strengthening guarantee,highlighting the main body of talents,emphasizing training and creating expert database.
