佛山三旧改造问题研究及改进启示

Research on the Problems of Three-Olds Reconstruction in Foshan and Their Improvement Enlightenment

通过对佛山三旧改造区域的深入调查研究,论文分析了旧城区的居民行为、企业行为及政府职能部门的政策举措,收集三旧改造过程中存在的规划、拆迁等方面的问题,借鉴广州和上海等其他城市成功改造经验,提出了佛山旧城改造更合理、有效的发展方向,探寻解决旧城改造问题的最优方法,为建设和谐高宜居城市提供重要参考。

Through the in-depth investigation and research on the three-olds reconstruction areas in Foshan,this paper analyzes the behavior of residents and enterprises in the old city areas and the policies and measures of the government functional departments,collects the planning,demolition and other problems existing in the process of the three-olds reconstruction,and draws lessons from the successful reconstruction experience of other cities such as Guangzhou and Shanghai,and puts forward a more reasonable and effective development direction of old city reconstruction in Foshan and explores the optimal method to solve the problems of old city reconstruction,so as to provide an important reference for the construction of a harmonious and high livable city.
