摘要
小微企业作为市场经济发展的重要动力,解决了很多人的就业问题,也在促进地方经济发展上发挥着积极作用。小微企业如何合理使用人力资源,发挥人职匹配的高效配置效益,一直是小微企业不断探索的问题。在小微企业中,只有做到最优的人职匹配,企业才能获得最大的利益。论文通过对小微企业现阶段存在问题的分析,提出改善的对策,以期提高员工的工作效率和满足小微企业的发展需求。
As an important driving force for the development of market economy,small and micro enterprises have solved the employment problem of many people and played a positive role in promoting the development of local economy.How small and micro enterprises use human resources rationally and give full play to the efficient allocation benefits of person-job fit has always been a problem that small and micro enterprises continue to explore.In the small and micro enterprises,only by doing the best person-job fit,can the enterprises obtain the maximum benefits.Through the analysis of the problems existing in small and micro enterprises at this stage,this paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures,so as to improve the work efficiency of employees and meet the development needs of small and micro enterprises.
