摘要
[目的]探究联动式健康教育模式结合授权理论在糖尿病延续性护理中的应用价值。[方法]选取我院收治的糖尿病病人98例,随机分为常规组与观察组各49例,常规组病人给予常规的健康教育,观察组病人给予联动式健康教育模式结合授权理论,比较两组病人糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖等指标。[结果]观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2h血糖及空腹血糖等指标显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]糖尿病延续护理中应用联动式健康教育模式结合授权理论效果显著,可显著改善病人的血糖状态。
Objective:To explore the application value of linkage health education mode combined with authorization theory in continuous nursing of diabetes.Methods:A total of 98 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each.The patients in conventional group received conventional health education,while the patients in observation group received the linkage health education model combined with authorization theory.The glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The glycosylated hemoglobin,2-hour postprandial blood glucose indexes,fasting blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the linkage health education model combined with authorization theory in continuous nursing of diabetes had a significant effect,which could significantly improve the blood sugar status of patients.
