摘要
为保证轩岗煤业22113工作面顺利通过空巷,通过数值模拟、理论分析、实验室实验、现场勘查等方法,探究工作面过空巷期间,空巷围岩的破坏规律,探讨空巷充填的必要性,并确定充填体的合理强度为4MPa,实验室实验研究确定高水注浆材料的最佳水灰比为4:1,设计具体的充填工艺和工作面调斜方案,实际应用期间监测液压支架和工作面片帮量的变化情况,结果表明充填方案完全达到所需要求,保障了工作面顺利通过空巷。
In order to ensure that the 22113 working face of Xuangang Coal Industry passed through the empty roadway successfully,through the methods of numerical simulation,theoretical analysis,laboratory experiment,on-site investigation,etc.,the law of surrounding rock destruction of the empty roadway during the passage of the working face was explored,and the empty roadway filling The necessity of determining the reasonable strength of the filling body is 4MPa,and the laboratory experiment study has determined that the optimal water-cement ratio of the high-water grouting material is 4:1,designing a specific filling process and working face tilting plan,during the actual application period Monitoring the changes in the hydraulic support and the amount of the working face,the results show that the filling plan fully meets the required requirements,ensuring that the working face smoothly passes through the empty lane.
