摘要
为探究综放面煤壁片帮发生的机理及控制技术,文章以晶鑫煤业3217综放面为工程背景,分析了采场煤壁片帮的原因,提出了控制片帮的技术手段。研究表明:煤壁上方顶板压力、煤壁受水平支护力和煤体自身性质是影响煤壁片帮的主要因素,可以采取增大支架初撑力、加大工作面推进速度和煤壁补打木锚杆的措施进行控制,结果显示3217综放面片帮范围减少至35%,月产量提高了44%,保证了工作面安全高效经济开采。研究成果为相似条件下综放面煤壁片帮控制提供了借鉴。
In order to explore the mechanism and control technology of coal wall rib spalling occurrence in fully mechanized caving face,the article takes Jingxin Coal Industry 3217 fully mechanized caving face as engineering background,analyzes the reasons of coal wall rib spalling,and puts forward the technical means for controlling coal wall rib spalling.The research shows that the roof pressure above the coal wall,the horizontal support force of the coal wall and the nature of the coal body are the main factors affecting the coal wall rib spalling.The initial support force of the support,the advancing speed of the working face and the measures of hitting wooden anchors were controlled.The results showed that the range of 3217 fully mechanized caving face coal wall rib spalling was reduced to 35%,and the monthly output was increased by 44%,ensuring safe,efficient and economical mining of the working face.The research results provide a reference for the control of coal wall flank in fully mechanized caving face under similar conditions.
