摘要 为了消除木瓜煤矿10-102综采工作面过空巷时的安全隐患,建立空巷内局部充填顶板力学模型进行充填体合理间距的理论计算,并应用数值模拟软件建立空巷局部充填模型分析不同充填体长度对过空巷时工作面顶板下沉量进行分析,确定了8m长的充填体长度、8m的充填体间距的局部充填参数。通过现场应用并对工作面过空巷时液压支架的受力情况进行分析,发现工作面推至空巷时平均支架压力较距空巷40m时上升9.7%,且过空巷过程中并没有安全阀开启,该施工参数可保证工作面顺利安全的通过空巷。 In order to eliminate the hidden safety hazards when the 10-102 fully mechanized working face of Mugua Coal Mine passes through an empty roadway,a mechanical model of the local filling roof in the empty roadway is established for the theoretical calculation of the reasonable spacing of the filling bodies,and the numerical simulation software is used to establish the partial filling model of the empty roadway.Filler length analysis of roof subsidence of the working face when passing through an empty roadway,local filling parameters of 8m long filler body length and 8m filler body spacing were determined.Through field application and analysis of the stress of the hydraulic support when the working face passes through the empty roadway,it is found that when the working face is pushed to the empty roadway,the average support pressure increases by 9.7%compared with 40m from the empty roadway,and there is no safety during the empty roadway The valve is opened,and this construction parameter can ensure that the working surface can pass through the empty road smoothly and safely.
