矿井沿空掘进老巷预处理技术应用

矿井掘进过程中常需要揭露已封闭的临空老巷,因揭露后掘进工作面与采空区直接连通,需立即选取位置对临空老巷进行重新封闭,现阶段多采用充填炉渣袋或构筑砖墙来起到支撑和防漏风的作用,但炉渣较为松散漏风的情况仍然存在,构筑砖墙需时较长,采空区长期暴露,容易造成有毒有害气体外溢和采空区的自然发火,杨村煤矿针对以上问题,实验了沿空老巷快速封闭预处理技术,效果较为显著。

At present,in the process of mine excavation,it is often necessary to expose the closed old goaf roadway.Because the open goaf is directly connected with the goaf,the location of the old goaf should be immediately selected for re-closure.At this stage,filling slag bags or building brick walls are mostly used to support and prevent air leakage,but the situation of loose slag air leakage still exists,building bricks.The wall takes a long time and the goaf is exposed for a long time.It is easy to cause toxic and harmful gas spillover and spontaneous combustion in the goaf.In view of the above problems,Yangcun Coal Mine has experimented on the fast sealing pretreatment technology of the old roadway along the goaf,and the effect is remarkable.
