回坡底矿切顶留巷工作面通风技术研究

摘要 针对工作面传统通风方式存在漏风通道多、遗煤自燃发火严重、有毒有害气体浓度高的问题,回坡底矿10-108工作面通过切顶留巷方式将传统“U”型通风改为“W”型“两进一回”式通风。改进通风方式后,能够有效减少采空区漏风通道,使采空区窒息带面积增加、散热带和氧化带面积减少,保证采空区温度处于安全稳定范畴内。切顶留巷“W”型通风方式的成功应用,是减少工作面有毒有害气体积聚,降低遗煤自燃危险性的有效措施,能够保证工作面安全高效开采。 In view of the problems existing in the traditional ventilation mode of the working face,such as many air leakage channels,serious spontaneous combustion of the left coal and high concentration of toxic and harmful gases.The traditional"U"type ventilation is changed to"W"type"two in one return"ventilation by cutting the roof and retaining the roadway in the 10-108 working face of Huipodi mine.After improving the ventilation mode,it can effectively reduce the air leakage channel in the goaf,increase the area of suffocation zone,reduce the area of heat dissipation zone and oxidation zone in the goaf,and ensure that the temperature of the goaf is in the safe and stable range.The successful application of"W"type ventilation mode is an effective measure to reduce the accumulation of toxic and harmful gases in the working face,reduce the risk of coal spontaneous combustion,and ensure the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
