底鼓综合治理方案设计及应用浅析

摘要 为了解决干河煤矿右翼辅运巷轨10点前约28m处底鼓达1m的严重问题,通过现场调研与理论分析的方法确定该段底鼓为挤压流动性底鼓,并计算得到底板破坏深度为2.35m。并设计补打排距800mm、距底板200mm、与水平方向夹角为50°的底角穿煤岩接触面锚杆和切槽宽度500mm,深度2m的底板开槽方案的底鼓综合治理措施,措施应用后较未应用底鼓治理措施时1m的顶底板移近量下降80.5%,且未发生二次底鼓,底鼓综合治理效果显著。 In order to solve the serious problem that the bottom drum reaches 1m at about 28 meters before the 10th point of the right-wing auxiliary transportation lane rail of Ganhe Coal Mine,the bottom drum of this section is determined to be a squeezing fluid bottom drum through field investigation and theoretical analysis,and the floor is calculated.The destruction depth is 2.35m.And design the comprehensive treatment measures of the bottom drum with a row distance of 800mm,a distance of 200mm from the bottom plate,a bottom angle penetrating through the coal rock contact surface with a horizontal angle of 50°,and a slot width of 500mm and a depth of 2m.After the application of the measures,the approach distance of the 1m top and bottom plates decreased by 80.5%compared with when the bottom drum control measures were not applied,and no secondary bottom drum occurred,and the comprehensive treatment effect of the bottomdrumwas significant.
