摘要
转龙湾煤矿副斜井底板结构薄弱,建成后短短几年时间内,即出现严重底板破裂及出水携砂现象,且呈现恶化趋势,有涌水溃砂风险,严重威胁矿井的安全。副斜井治理采用“底板强化加固+壁后砂层注浆加固”的总体方案,底板强化加固主要以12#矿用工字钢为主体结构;壁后注浆孔排状布置,主注水泥浆液,注浆过程严格控制压力,同时进行底板监测。副斜井治理完成后治理段已无任何出水现象,目前已安全通行了两个工作面的采煤装备,未出现返渗、底板破裂的现象,表明治理效果较好。相关治理经验可为类似问题斜井的治理提供参考。
the auxiliary inclined well floor structure of zhuilongwan coal mine is weak,and the phenomenon of fracture and water carrying sand appears,and presents an increasing trend,with the risk of water gushing and sand blasting,which seriously threatens the safety of the mine.Auxiliary inclined shaft treatment adopts the overall plan of"bottom plate reinforcement+shaft wall grouting".The grouting holes in the wellbore are arranged in a row,the main cement grout is injected,the pressure is strictly controlled during the grouting process,and the bottom plate is monitored at the same time.After the completion of auxiliary inclined shaft treatment,there is no water out in the treatment section.At present,the coal mining equipment on the two working surfaces has been safely passed,and no water out or floor fracture has occurred,indicating that the treatment effect is good.This experience can provide reference for similar inclined Wells.
