摘要
为降低3220运输顺槽掘进期间的粉尘含量,通过具体分析喷雾降尘机理,确定影响喷雾降尘效果的主要因素为雾粒大小及分散性、尘粒与雾粒的相对速度、喷雾水量、喷雾水质和粉尘的润湿性;基于理论分析结果,结合3220运输顺槽的具体情况确定降尘系统由喷雾机喷雾+皮带机喷雾+巷内喷雾组成,并在喷雾系统中添加抑尘剂添加装置,在喷雾系统实施前后进行不同区域粉尘浓度的测试作业。结果表明:喷雾系统实施后,掘进工作面各个区域的降尘率均达到80%以上,降尘效果显著。
In order to reduce the dust content during the 3220 transportation along the tunnel,through specific analysis of the spray dust reduction mechanism,it was determined that the main factors affecting the spray dust reduction effect were the size and dispersion of the spray particles,the relative speed of the dust particles and the spray particles,the spray water volume,spray water quality The wettability of the dust,based on the theoretical analysis results,combined with the specific situation of the 3220 transportation chute,determine that the dust reduction system consists of sprayer spray+belt conveyor spray+alley spray,and add a dust suppressant addition device to the spray system.Before and after the implementation of the system,test the dust concentration in different areas.The results show that:after the spray system is implemented,the dust reduction rate of each area of the tunneling face reaches more than 80%,and the dust reduction effect is remarkable.
