矿井高频变压器隔离型本安电源优化设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决高频变压器隔离型本安电源功率损失大、短路故障、电压波动明显等问题,论文对本安电源的整流滤波电路、控制电路、多路输出电路和过压过流保护电路进行了优化设计。运用试验的方法对过压过流保护电路进行了测试,测试结果表明高频变压器隔离型本安电源优化后的电路性能更加优良,有利于提高矿井供电系统稳定性和安全生产。 In order to solve the problems of high power loss,short circuit fault and obvious voltage fluctuation of isolated intrinsic safe power supply of high frequency transformer,the paper optimized the rectifier filter circuit,control circuit,multi output circuit and over-voltage and over-current protection circuit of intrinsic safe power supply.The over-voltage and over-current protection circuit is tested by the test method.The test results show that the circuit performance of the isolated intrinsically safe power supply of high frequency transformer is better after optimization,which is conducive to improving the stability and safety production of the mine power supply system.
