提升采煤机截割滚筒截齿受力均衡性的优化研究 被引量:7

摘要 矿井采煤机截割滚筒利用截齿的作用力对煤层进行掘进,通过现场作业观察,每个截齿在长时间作业过后磨损程度不同,表明了各个截齿的受力不均匀,影响了整个滚筒结构的使用寿命。为确保煤层开采过程中截齿受力更加均匀,采用MATLAB数值模拟软件以载荷波动系数为优化目标,优化截割滚筒的结构,提高每个截齿受力的均衡性。仿真试验结果表明优化后的截割滚筒截齿受力更加均匀,保障了煤炭开采的生产效率。 The cutting drum of a coal mining machine uses the force of a cutting tooth to excavate the coal seam.According to the observation of the field operation,the wear degree of each cutting tooth is different after a long time operation,which indicates that the force of each cutting tooth is uneven and affect This increases the service life of the entire drum structure.In order to ensure that the forces of the picks are more uniform during the mining of the coal seam,MATLAB numerical simulation software is used to optimize the fluctuation coefficient of the load,optimize the structure of the cutting drum,and improve the balance of the forces of each pick.The simulation test results show that the force of the cutting teeth of the optimized cutting drum is more uniform,which guarantees the production efficiency of coal mining.
