复杂条件下巷道立交贯通技术的研究与应用

Research and application of roadway penetrating technology under complicated conditions

文章介绍了兴隆庄煤矿在四采下部集运巷施工过程中,为满足胶带运输机安装、煤流系统转载、大断面巷道支护等要求,精准控制巷道方位、严格按照标定腰线施工、采取多种措施加强巷道支护,安全顺利完成了多巷道、大断面、大高差巷道的立交贯通施工,为矿井掘进贯通工作积累了大量有益的经验。

This paper introduces that in the construction process of the lower gathering roadway in Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine,in order to meet the requirements of belt conveyor installation,coal flow system transfer,large section roadway support and so on,the roadway azimuth is accurately controlled,the roadway support is strictly according to the calibration waist line,and various measures are taken to strengthen the roadway support,and the interchange construction of multi-roadway,large section and large height difference roadway has been completed safely and smoothly.A lot of useful experience has been accumulated for the penetration of mine excavation.
