摘要
针对煤矿掘进设备集成度高、功率密度大、驱动电机多、工作环境恶劣的特点和工况,阐述了掘进设备的主要热源,分析了掘进设备的各种冷却方式及其特点,给出了自热平衡冷却、水冷却和风冷却的相关计算公式,并以某连续采煤机冷却系统为例对其自热平衡、水冷却相应参数进行计算与验证。实践表明:组合式设计冷却系统的方法,能够实现掘进设备冷却系统架构优、成本低、可靠性高的要求。
Aiming at the highly integrated,high power density,multi-moter-driven and hard working environment characteristics and operating conditions of mine gateway driving equipment,the main causes for overheating of gateway driving equipment is introduced,the various cooling modes of gateway driving equipment and its characteristics are analyzed,the calculation formula of the cooling,water cooling and air cooling is deduced.the water cooling system of one continuous miner about cooling,water cooling is calcuated and verified.Finally,the study showes that this design mthod can provide requiment with better Architecture,low cost and high reliability for cooling system of gateway driving equipment.
