矿井主通风机不停风倒机系统功能与应用

Function and application of non-stop wind down system of mine main fan

针对济宁二号煤矿主通风机的使用状况,介绍了一种主通风机不停风倒机系统,论述了该套系统的主要功能、现场应用效果。矿井主通风机不停风倒机系统采用两套S7-300系列PLC互为冗余,一用一备。该系统投入使用后不仅缩短了倒机时间,同时克服了传统倒机方式下倒机过程中井下无风的技术难题,对于保障井下矿工生命安全具有重要意义。

Aiming at the use of the main ventilator in Jining No.2 Coal Mine,a non-stop wind-down system of the main ventilator is introduced,and the main functions and field application effects of the system are discussed.The mine main fan non-stop wind down system uses two sets of S7-300 series PLCs for mutual redundancy,one for one use.After the system is put into use,it not only shortens the downtime,but also overcomes the technical problem of no wind in the well during the downside of the traditional downside mode,which is of great significance for the safety of underground miners.
