无功补偿设备和分布式电源协同的配电网优化控制策略研究 被引量:35

摘要 集中式控制模式因可靠性低、通信计算压力大、可扩展性差而不能适应高渗透率分布式电源接入的配电网控制的需求。考虑配电网中接入的无功补偿设备,基于分布式协同控制思想,利用分布式电源分组和无功补偿设备分组实现配电网多目标分布式优化控制。针对节点电压控制,设计了以分布式电源容量利用比为一致性变量的电压控制组分布式控制算法。根据配电网与外部电网交换功率差额的信息,设计了以无功补偿设备容量利用比为一致性变量的无功控制组分布式控制算法。对于有功功率控制,设计了分别以容量利用比和功率因数为一致性变量的有功控制组分布式控制算法。给出了各控制组分布式控制算法参数的整定方法,并进行了两种有功功率控制方法的比较。通过14节点配电网系统的仿真算例验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。 A centralized control mode is hopeless in satisfying the control requirement of a distribution network integrated with high penetration level of Distributed Generations(DGs),because of its low reliability,high computation and communication burden,and poor scalability.In considering the Var Compensators(VCs),this paper develops a multiple-object distributed control strategy for distribution networks utilizing the grouping of DGs and VCs based on the principle of distributed cooperative control.For the task of node voltage control,it develops a distributed control strategy that takes the capacity utilization ratio as the consensus variable for voltage control groups.Given the information on the imbalance of the power exchanged between the distribution network and the external power grid,it formulates a distributed control strategy that also takes capacity utilization ratio of VC as the consensus variable for reactive power control groups.As for the active power control,it proposes two control strategies that respectively take capacity utilization ratio and power factor as the consensus variables.A parameter tuning method for the three kinds of distributed control algorithms and the comparison of the two active power control strategies are presented.Simulation results on the IEEE14 nodes system are given to show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
