一种面向舰船综合电力系统的模块化三端口直流变换器 被引量:17

摘要 中压直流舰船综合电力系统(IPS)在全电舰船中具有广阔的应用前景,随着舰船综合电力系统容量和电压等级的提高,越来越多的储能单元应用于舰船综合电力系统,传统的能量单向流动两端口直流变换器已经不能适应新的应用需求。针对此问题,该文提出一种面向未来舰船综合电力系统的模块化三端口直流变换器。该三端口变换器可以连接中压直流电网、低压直流电网和分布式储能单元,每个端口均可实现能量双向流动。分析该模块化三端口直流变换器的拓扑结构、工作原理,梳理该三端口变换器在不同工况下的能量流动模式,结合变换器的能量流动模式,建立该变换器自适应控制策略。该文在一台额定功率为20kW的模块化三端口直流变换器样机上,对所提的原理分析和控制策略进行了实验验证。 Vessel integrated power system(IPS)based on medium voltage direct current has broad application prospect.With the improvement of power rating and voltage rating of IPS,as more and more energy storage units are applied in IPS,the traditional unidirectional two-port converter fails to meet new application requirements.Therefore,a modular three-port DC-DC converter for Vessel IPS is proposed.Medium voltage DC grid,low voltage DC grid and distributed energy storage unit are connected together in this three-port converter.Bidirectional power flow is achieved in each port.Topology and operation principle of this three-port converter are analyzed.The power flow modes at different operation states are then analyzed.Adaptive control scheme for the converter is built based on the power flow modes analysis.The principle analysis and control scheme are verified through a modular three-port converter prototype with a rated power of 20kW.
