摘要
传统的立式玻璃钢储罐现场制作方法采用手糊法,制作成本高,生产效率低;采用数控技术控制沿轨道行走的缠绕喷涂机和旋转模具,实现了自动化、机械化螺旋缠绕,提高了生产效率,保证了施工质量。简要介绍了立式玻璃钢储罐数控缠绕机械喷涂施工的原理,重点论述了数控缠绕机械喷涂施工的准备、罐顶制作、设备安装、罐体制作、罐底制作、罐底与罐体组装、附件安装、水压试验等操作要点。工程实践证明,采用数控缠绕、机械喷涂技术制作立式玻璃钢储罐,可解决工期紧张、工程量大等难题,从而为施工企业取得良好的经济和社会效益。
The traditional field production method of vertical FRP storage tank adopts hand paste method,which has high production cost and low production efficiency.The winding and spraying machine moving along track and the rotating mould are controlled by numerical control technology,which realizes automatic and mechanized spiral winding,improves production efficiency and ensures construction quality.This paper briefly introduces the principle of numerical control(NC)winding and spraying construction of vertical FRP storage tank,focusing on the preparation of NC winding and spraying construction,the manufacture of tank top,the installation of equipment,the manufacture of tank body,the manufacture of tank bottom,the assembly of tank bottom and tank body,the installation of accessories,the hydraulic test,and so on.The engineering practice has proved that the manufacture of vertical FRP storage tank by NC winding and spraying technology can solve the problems of tight construction period and large engineering quantity,thus obtain good economic and social benefits for the construction enterprises.
