信息化对建筑业供给侧结构性改革的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Informatization on the Supply-side Structural Reform of the Construction Industry

本文分析建筑业供给侧结构性改革背景与现状,运用供需因素分析法和供给侧结构性改革理论,论述信息化对建筑业的交易制度、准入制度、信用制度等制度的影响;对产品差异化、管理集成化、市场集中度高度化等结构优化的影响;对技术进步和从业人员能力提升等要素升级的影响。信息化可以推动建筑业供给侧结构性改革,提高建筑业有效供给,促使整个行业由粗放型向集约型转变。

This paper analyzes the construction supply side structural reform background and the status quo,uses the factor analysis of supply and demand and supply side structural reform theory,discusses the influence of informatization on the transaction system,access system and credit system of the construction industry,the influence on product differentiation,management integration,market concentration and other structural optimization and the influence on technological progress and the upgrading of employees’ability.It shows that informatization promotes the supply-sidestructural reform of the construction industry,improves the effective supply of the construction industry,and promotes the transformation of the whole industry from extensive type to intensive type.
