内河沉管隧道成本数据分析及造价管理启示研究——以车陂路沉管工程为例

Cost Data Analysis and Cost Management Enlightenment of Inland River Immersed Tube Tunnel:Taking Chebei Road Immersed Tube Project as an Example

采用数据分析技术,根据概算批复文件,分析车陂路隧道沉管段的成本数据。在清晰划分沉管隧道项目组成结构的基础上,运用帕累托分析法对沉管隧道众多的造价构成单元进行分析,指出沉管隧道造价管理工作中需重点关注的A类项目组成要素。对车陂路隧道沉管段的工程费用进行以人工费、材料费和机械费为基础的全费用分解,并在基础上进一步确定影响沉管隧道造价的核心费用要素。

Using data analysis technology,according to the budget estimation approval document,this paper analyzes the cost data of Chebei road immersed tunnel.Based on the clear division of the composition structure of immersed tunnel projects,applies the Pareto analysis method to analyze the numerous cost components of immersed tunnels,and points out the type A project elements that should be focused on in the cost management of immersed tunnels.Then,decomposes the engineering cost of Chebei road immersed tunnel on the basis of labor cost,material cost and mechanical cost,and further determines the core cost elements affecting the cost of immersed tunnels.
