对高校基建项目管理工作的思考

Thoughts on the Management of Infrastructure Projects in Colleges and Universities

高校基建工作承担着为学校正常运转提供基本条件的使命,是高校运行管理的一项重要内容。受到当前我国建筑市场不完善以及高校自身基建管理队伍力量薄弱等因素的影响,高校基建管理工作还存在的一些亟需解决的问题。本文对高校基建管理中存在的问题以及问题产生的原因进行了系统性分析,并根据笔者长期从事基建管理工作的经验,提出了相应对策与建议,以期为高校基建同行提供借鉴。

The infrastructure work of colleges and universities undertakes the important mission of providing basic conditions for school running,supports the school to perform the“five functions”.This article starts with the characteristics of infrastructure management in colleges and universities,and systematically sorts out the challenges generally faced in the current infrastructure management in colleges and universities,and based on the author's long-term experience in infrastructure management work,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for doing a good job in infrastructure management in colleges and universities,hoping to provide reference for college infrastructure counterparts.
