摘要
基于计划行为理论,以266份来自建筑工人的样本数据为基础,采用结构方程模型对建筑工人的学习行为影响机制进行实证分析。结果表明,建筑工人行为态度、知觉行为控制、主观规范显著影响学习行为意向及实际行为,其中主观规范是最重要的因素。最后,基于实证结论,提出相关建议。
Based on the theory of planned behavior and 266 sample data from construction workers,the paper uses the structural equation model to empirically analyze the influence mechanism of construction workers’learning behavior.The results show that the construction workers’attitudes toward the behavior,perceived behavioral controls,and subjective norms,significantly affect the learning behavioral intentions,among which the most important factor is the subjective norm.Finally,based on the empirical conclusion puts forward relevant suggestions.
