汽车制造与装配技术工学交替人才培养模式的实践与思考

Practice and Thoughts on the Training Mode of Alternating Talents in Automobile Manufacturing and Assembly Technology

工学结合是职业教育人才培养的基本理念。我院汽车制造与装配技术专业采用工学交替的人才培养模式,提高了人才培养质量,充实了校企双方合作的内涵。本文介绍了工学交替人才培养模式的实践情况,对该模式取得的成效、存在问题与解决方法进行了探讨。

The combination of work and study is the basic idea of vocational education talent training.The automobile manufacturing and assembly technology major of our college adopts the talent training model of alternating engineering and learning,which improves the quality of talent training and enriches the connotation of cooperation between the school and enterprise.This article introduces the practice of the alternate workstudy talent training model,and discusses the results,existing problems and solutions of the model.
