基于应用型人才培养的《基础工业工程》课程教学改革的研究与实践

随着工业4.0、智能制造及互联网金融等先进理念的提出和实践,涉及的各类工程与管理活动日趋复杂和综合化,这些变化给管理实践和工程实践提出了全新的问题;也需要高校培养具有较强社会适应能力和竞争能力的高素质应用型人才。课程教学改革和建设是实现向应用型人才培养模式转型的重要措施。基础工业工程是工业工程专业的核心课程之一,包含了工业工程师必须掌握的基本技术和方法。本文主要介绍了基于"互联网+"时代背景下,基础工业工程课程的建设理念、课程内容和教学方法等方面的改革举措,从而强化学生的综合应用能力和创新能力,以更好地满足社会对工业工程应用型人才的需求。

With the advancement and practice of advanced concepts such as Industry 4.0,intelligent manufacturing,and Internet finance,various types of engineering and management activities are becoming more and more complex and integrated.These changes have brought new problems to management and engineering practices;they also need colleges and universities train high-quality skilled talents with strong social adaptability and competitiveness.Curriculum teaching reform and construction is an important measure to realize the transformation to the applicationoriented talent training model.Basic industrial engineering is one of the core courses of industrial engineering specialty,including the basic techniques and methods that industrial engineers must master.This article mainly introduces the reform measures based on the"Internet+"era background,the basic industrial engineering curriculum construction concept,course content and teaching methods,etc.,so as to strengthen students'comprehensive application ability and innovation ability to better meet the social demand for industrial engineering application talents.
