中国新能源汽车发展及对油气行业影响分析

China's New Energy Vehicle Development and Analysis of its Impact on the Oil and Gas Industry

2015年的前九个月,我们国家一共生产了十五万多辆的新能源汽车,相比于往年同比增长了三倍。在新能源汽车不断的经营与发展的背后,主要还是依靠政府的决策性支持和消费市场的觉醒。根据我们国家规定的政策来看,2020年我们国家的新能源汽车的年均产量必须要达到二百多万辆,累计保有量一共达到了500万辆。虽然在我国最近三年的发展当中,新能源汽车的增长速度非常快,但是目前新能源汽车的发展遇到了较大的问题,新能源汽车一些关键性的技术还未达标,并且内部电池还存在一些安全隐患。随着人们对绿色环保意识的增强,新能源汽车的发展不断前进,减少了对于外部原油的压力作用。在短期之内有利于缓解柴油的结构消费,改变石油产业的发展重心,加强石油产业的发展技术的推广。

In the first nine months of 2015,China produced more than 150,000 new energy vehicles,a three-fold increase over the previous year.The continuous operation and development of new energy vehicles mainly rely on the government's decision-making support and the awakening of the consumer market.According to the policies stipulated by China,the average annual output of new energy vehicles in our country must reach more than 2 million vehicles in 2020,and the number of vehicles in total has reached 5 million vehicles.Although in the past three years of development in China,the growth rate of new energy vehicles is very fast,but the development of new energy vehicles has encountered major problems.Some key technologies of new energy vehicles have not yet reached the standard,and internal batteries still exist some security risks.As people's awareness of green environmental protection increases,the development of new energy vehicles continues to advance,reducing the pressure on external crude oil.In the short term,new energy vehicles will help alleviate the structural consumption of diesel,change the development focus of the petroleum industry,and strengthen the promotion of the development technology of the petroleum industry.
