With the increasingly fierce competition in the automobile industry,low-cost,short-cycle rapid development and rapid manufacturing has become the trend of the industry.Flexibility compatible with multi-platform vehicle models is the inevitable requirement of automobile industry manufacturing,and increasing standardization operation is the inevitable choice for automobile enterprises to continuously enhance their own potential.Flexibility and standardization are not a pair of contradictions,but can complement each other.This paper will take automobile welding fixture as an example to discuss its flexibility and standardization to achieve high quality and rapid manufacturing.
