Subway is an important means of transportation and plays a vital role in the operation of modern society.In this case,ensuring the safety of subway operation has become a key to the construction of a stable and harmonious society.At present,although the subway continues to make progress in operational safety management,it still cannot eliminate the source of accident risk.Therefore,the article takes risk management and control as the main means,briefly expounds the connotation of risk management and control,analyzes the effective application process of risk management and control in subway operation safety management combining with the actual cases.The specific application of risk management and control in subway operation safety management was further carried out.
