交通参与者对拉萨交通安全的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Traffic Participants on Lhasa’s Traffic Safety

为了降低拉萨交通事故的发生率,保证居民们的出行安全,基于拉萨市居民的出行特征,结合拉萨交通发展现状,针对交通安全中存在的问题,运用层次分析法从行人和驾驶员角度出发,对拉萨交通安全的影响因素进行分析判定,得出各因素对交通参与者不安全行为的影响程度以及各因素的重要程度排序,从交通拥堵、车辆乱停乱放、交通管理制度等方面,对拉萨交通安全提出了改进措施,降低城市交通冲突量,为拉萨居民的出行提供保障。

In order to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents in Lhasa and ensure the travel safety of residents,the article,based on the travel characteristics of residents in Lhasa,combined with the current situation of Lhasa’s traffic development,adopts analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the problems in traffic safety from the perspective of pedestrians and drivers.Based on the analysis,the influencing factors of traffic safety in Lhasa were analyzed and determined,and the influence degree of each factor on the unsafe behavior of traffic participants and the importance of each factor were sorted,from the aspects of traffic congestion,vehicle parking,and traffic management system.The article also proposed improvements to Lhasa’s traffic safety to reduce the amount of urban traffic conflicts and provided guarantees for the travel of Lhasa residents.
