摘要
核心素养是指学生应具备的适应终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力。具体说:突出个人修养、社会关爱、家国情怀;更加注重自主发展,实现人一生的主体性,具有主体性的人是自尊、自信、自强、自律、自立的人;尤其要在学会学习上狠下功夫,钟情于学习过程中的亲身体验、主动探究、参与合作、实践创新;要实现中国人民在长期奋斗中培育、继承、发展起来的伟大民族精神。核心素养具有四大特征:基础性、发展性、稳定的持久性、高度关联的迁移性。必须在一切教学和教育工作中精心细致地一点一滴培育核心素养。
Competencies are defined as students’ compulsory characters and key abilities to meet requirements of long-life development and social development. Specifically, individual cultivation, social care, and national appeal should be given prominence;self-development should be given more attention to achieve a person’s long-life subjectivity. With subjectivity, a person is of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-improvement, self-discipline, self-reliance. What’s more, particular efforts should be devoted to learn how to study, and students should enjoy personal experiences, activate investigation, participation and cooperation and practical innovation in the process of studying. Finally, great national spirit, which can be cultivated, inherited and developed during a long-term struggle, should be achieved. Competencies consist of four characteristics of elementariness, expansibility, stable persistence, and highly correlated mobility. In school education work, competencies must be cultivated delicately and carefully.
