“富人被害”现象的犯罪学思考

Criminological Thinking on the Phenomenon of"Murder of the Rich"

近些年来,富人被害案件呈高发态势。从犯罪学角度来看,这背后的原因主要有日益扩大的贫富差距、相关法律法规的缺失、现有社会治安综合治理措施的滞后以及富人自我防范意识薄弱等多个方面。为此,相应的防范工作需包括:积极创新发展,缩小社会贫富差距;完善法律法规,建立合理有效的社会奖惩机制;不断改进犯罪控制和预防体系;进一步加强富人的自我防范意识等方面。

In recent years,the cases of murder of the rich have appeared in multiple situations.There are several criminological reasons behind this phenomenon:the urban-rural divide has widened the gap between the rich and the poor;great social changes,imperfect laws and regulations;existing social management measures are seriously lagging behind;the rich have a weak sense of self-defense.Therefore,the following measures should be taken:vigorously developing productivity,narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor;improving laws and regulations,establishing an effective social reward and punishment mechanism;improving the system and specific measures for crime control and strengthening the self-prevention awareness of the rich.
