加味桂枝去芍药加麻黄细辛附子汤对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响

The Influence of Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Without Peony Combined with Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction on Patients with Cerebral Infarction at Recovery Stage

目的:观察加味桂枝去芍药加麻黄细辛附子汤治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效及其对患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法:将80例脑梗死恢复期患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组接受西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用加味桂枝去芍药加麻黄细辛附子汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后中医证候评分、血液流变学指标、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin量表(modified rankin scale,MRS)评分、日常生活能力(ability of daily living,ADL)评分、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(generic quality of life inventory-74,GQOL-74)评分变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为80.00%,观察组有效率为95.00%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候评分、血液流变学指标均低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分、MRS评分均低于本组治疗前,ADL评分、GQOLI-74评分均高于本组治疗前,观察组患者治疗后NIHSS评分、MRS评分均低于对照组治疗后,ADL评分、GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味桂枝去芍药加麻黄细辛附子汤治疗脑梗死恢复期,可有效改善患者神经功能和血液流变学指标,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Without Peony Combined with Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction on patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage and its influence on recovery of neurological function.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Without Peony Combined with Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction.The clinical efficacy,the changes of TCM syndrome score,hemorheology index,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),modified Rankin Scale(MRS) score,ability of daily life(ADL),generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74) score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,and that of the observation group was 95.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,TCM syndrome score and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,NIHSS score and MRS score of two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,while ADL score and GQOLI-74 score were higher than those of the same group before the treatment,NIHSS score and MRS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the treatment,while ADL score and GQOLI-74 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of cerebral infarction at recovery stage,Supplemented Cinnamon Twig Decoction Without Peony Combined with Ephedra and Aconite and Asarum Decoction can effectively improve the neurological function and hemorheology indexes,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
