吊伤膏外敷结合纸板固定对稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者恢复情况及VAS评分、Robbins腕关节评分的影响

The Influence of ExternalApplication of Diaoshang Ointment Combined with Paperboard Fixation on Recovery and VAS Score and Robbins Wrist Score of Patients with Stable Distal Radius Fracture

目的:观察吊伤膏外敷结合纸板固定对稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者恢复情况及视觉模拟评分(visualanaloguescale,VAS)评分、Robbins腕关节评分的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年1月本中心治疗的稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者60例作为研究对象,均为闭合性骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予纸板固定联合吊伤膏外敷治疗,对照组给予纸板固定治疗。结果:观察组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为80.00%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨折愈合时间短于对照组,腕关节功能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组消肿时间、止痛时间、瘀斑消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Robbins腕关节评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后AIMS2-SF评分、Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吊伤膏外敷结合纸板固定治疗稳定型桡骨远端骨折,能减轻患者疼痛,改善患者腕关节功能,缩短消肿时间、止痛时间、瘀斑消失时间。

Objective:To observe the influence of external application of Diaoshang Ointment(吊伤膏,DSO) combined with paperboard fixation on recovery and VAS score and Robbins wrist score of patients with stable distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with stable distal radius fracture treated in our center from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects,all of them were closed-fracture patients.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given paperboard fixation combined with external application of DSO,while the control group was given paperboard fixation.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher that of the control group:80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the wrist joint function was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group after the treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of detumescence,pain relief and ecchymosis disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,Robbins wrist score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AIMS2-SF score and Barthel index of the observation group after the treatment were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of stable distal radius fracture,external application of DSO combined with paperboard fixation can reduce the pain,improve the wrist joint function,shorten the swelling time,pain relief time and ecchymosis disappearance time.
