特色筋骨三联疗法配合八段锦治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛临床研究

Clinical Study on Characteristic Triple Therapy of Muscles and Bones Combined with Eight Infantile Finger Loops and Whorls in the Treatment of Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain

目的:观察特色筋骨三联疗法配合八段锦治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛(chronic nonspecific low back pain,CNLBP)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:80例CNLBP患者均为2017年9月至2019年4月河南中医药大学第三附属医院康复科门诊、住院患者和首都医科大学附属北京康复医院康复科门诊、住院患者,根据随机抽签法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗过程,共脱落病例3例,治疗组2例,对照组1例。治疗组给予特色筋骨三联疗法配合八段锦治疗,对照组给予常规推拿手法配合小燕飞式或五点支撑式腰背肌锻炼治疗。观察两组患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)、功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)和动、静态肌肉耐力。结果:两组治疗后及随访3个月VAS评分均有显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后及随访3个月RMDQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后动、静态肌肉耐力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有患者未发现明显不良反应。结论:特色筋骨三联疗法配合八段锦治疗CNLBP,能缓解患者疼痛,改善患者动、静态肌肉耐力。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of characteristic triple therapy of muscles and bones combined with eight infantile finger loops and whorls on chronic nonspecific low back pain(CNLBP)and the safety.Methods:The 80 CNLBP patients were all outpatients and inpatients in the Rehabilitation Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM and Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from September 2017 to April 2019,and they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random lot method,with 40 cases in each group.In the course of treatment,there were 3 cases of falling off,among which 2 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.The treatment group was given the characteristic triple therapy of muscles and bones,while the control group was given routine massage combined with flying-swallow or five-point support lumbar back muscle exercise.Visual analogue scale(VAS),Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ)and dynamic and static muscle endurance of the two groups were observed.Results:The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment and 3 months of follow-up were significantly decreased,and the above indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment and 3 months of follow-up,the RMDQ score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the dynamic and static muscle endurance of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in all the patients.Conclusion:In terms of CNLBP,characteristic triple therapy of muscles and bones combined with eight infantile finger loops and whorls can relieve the pain of patients and improve their dynamic and static muscle endurance.
