艾灸治疗的不足有:生成浓烟、易被烫伤、需要施灸医师照看、施灸时间较长等,因此,对艾灸仪器的生产也需要不断的改革创新。早期多功能艾灸仪将现代的磁疗技术与传统直接灸方法相结合,在常规燃烧艾绒的基础上,具有污染环境少、多穴位施灸、温度可调可控等优点。多部位、解放双手但是存在环境污染的艾灸仪有多用途霸王灸盒与灸疗排烟仓相结合的治疗仪,热气流喷灸仪,DZWJY-1型电子温灸仪。"绿色"艾灸仪有新型可调式微烟艾灸器和多功能控烟艾灸仪。联合现代技术的多功能艾灸仪有DAJ型艾灸仪和无烟艾灸悬灸仪。艾灸仪器的不断改进,使艾灸技术也越来越成熟,所以如何将艾灸疗法与现代科技技术进行结合,进一步提高疗效,以及怎样解决艾烟问题将是今后艾灸研究亟待解决的问题。

The shortcomings of moxibustion treatment include:producing thick smoke,being easy to be scalded,needing the care of moxibustion doctors,and taking longer time for moxibustion.Therefore,the production of moxibustion instruments also needs continuous reform and innovation.The early multifunctional moxibustion instrument combines modern magnetic therapy technology with traditional direct moxibustion method.On the basis of conventional burning moxa velvet,it has the advantages of less environmental pollution,multi-point moxibustion,and adjustable and controllable temperature.Moxibustion instruments with multiple parts and hands liberation but environmental pollution have been produced,including multi-purpose Bawang moxibustion box combined with moxibustion smoke exhaust chamber,hot steam jet moxibustion apparatus and DZWJY-1 electronic warm moxibustion instrument. "Green" moxibustion instruments include new adjustable micro smoke moxibustion apparatus and multi-function smoke control moxibustion apparatus.The multifunctional moxibustion instruments combined with modern technology include DAJ moxibustion apparatus and smokeless moxibustion suspension moxibustion apparatus.With the continuous improvement of moxibustion instruments,moxibustion technology is becoming more and more mature.Therefore,how to combine moxibustion therapy with modern science and technology to further improve the curative effect,and how to solve the problem of moxa smoke will be the urgent problems to be solved in moxibustion research in the future.
