摘要
讨论了提取方式、静置时间、干燥时间、滤膜选择和过滤方式等对检测过程和结果的影响,通过优化建立了恒温干燥法测定不溶性聚乙烯聚吡咯烷酮(PVPP)中水可溶物含量的检测方法。样品采用水搅拌提取,抽滤,滤液在水浴条件下挥发近干,在105℃烘箱内干燥,称重。低含量水可溶物精密度14.47%,高含量的样品精密度1.87%,可适用于不同粒径的PVPP产品的水溶物检测。
The effects of extraction methods,standing and drying time,filter selection and filtering methods on the detection process and results were investigated. A method of determining content of water-soluble substance in insoluble polyethylene polypyrrolidone(PVPP)by a constant temperature drying method was established and optimized. The sample was extracted with water stirring and then filtered with suction. The sample was dried by water bath first,and then in an oven at 105℃,and sample was weighed afterwards. The precision of detection in low water soluble content is 14.47%,and the precision in high water content is 1.87%. This method can be applied to detect water-soluble substance in different particle sizes of PVPP products.
