摘要
随着新时代国家职业教育改革的发展,各高职院校纷纷建设高素质的“双师型”教师团队,然而,由于高职院校急于发展“双师型”教师数量,缺乏健全的“双师型”教师团队管理体制,导致“双师型”教师数量与质量发展失衡。对此,本文紧跟新形势新要求,多角度提出一系列应对措施,其中包括:严把招聘入口、对双师教师严格划分定量与定性考核、优化双师教师激励制度、深化产教融合,加强校企合作、实施“传帮带”,上述措施均完善了高职院校双师教师团队管理体制,显著提升了新高职院校双师教师的质量。
With the development of reform about national vocational education,many vocational colleges have taken multiple mea⁃sures to build high-quality“double-qualified”teachers team.However,the number and quality of"dual teacher"teachers have been out of balance due to many higher vocational colleges are urgent to increase the number of"double-qualified"teacher with lacking sound management system.Therefore,this paper is thus motivated to propose a series of countermeasures with multidimen⁃sional perspective in terms of new situation and new requirements which contain controlling recruiting entrances,dividing quantita⁃tive,qualitative assessments,optimizing incentive system,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and improving mentoring.These perfect the management system of“double-qualified”teachers team and significantly improve the quality of“double-quali⁃fied”teachers in vocational colleges.
