高校学生社团管理系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of College Students'Association Management System

当今高校校园内开设有各类大学社团,而这些数量种类繁多的社团一般由学生管理、组织,由学校监督与引导,每当有社团向学校申请开办活动时,在从申请到审核再到通过的流程当中,手续较为烦琐,花费时间较长,且其中的申请文件、活动信息、社团信息,难以一一对应整理、收集、保存。因此,为了解决诸如这一系列问题,笔者对社团管理过程中的各种实际场景进行了调研、分析,设计与开发了方便学生与相关工作人员管理社团的高校社团管理系统,用户可使用系统提交社团年审材料、社团财务报表、申请社团活动举办、审核社团活动申请,管理社团用户等[1-2]。该系统使用Linux操作系统,采用B/S模式,使用ThinkPHP框架进行开发,使用HTML+CSS+JavaScript展示网页[3],将整个社团管理的过程转移到了互联网上,通过这种方式,用户可以随时随地使用电脑对社团、社团相关活动等进行流程化,规范化的管理、审核,对相关的信息、文件规范化的、一一对应的存储,极大地提高了社团管理工作过程中的工作效率与工作质量。

Nowadays,various university clubs are set up on the university campus,these large numbers of clubs are generally managed and organized by students,supervised and guided by the school.Whenever a club applies to the school to start an event,in the process from application to review to approval,the procedures are cumbersome and take a long time,and the application documents,event information,and community information among them are difficult to sort,collect,and save one by one.So,in order to solve such a series of problems,we have investigated and analyzed various practical scenarios in the process of club management,designed and developed a college student club management system that is convenient for students and related staff to manage the club.Users can use the system to submit the annual review materials of the society,the financial statements of the society,apply for the organization of the community activity,review the application of the community activity,manage the community users,etc.The system uses the Linux operating system,adopts the B/S mode,uses the ThinkPHP framework for development,and uses HTML+CSS+JavaScript to display web pages.And this system transfers the entire club management process to the Internet.In this way,users can use the computer to manage the club and club-related activities in a simplified and standardized manner,and can store relevant information and documents in a standardized manner anytime,anywhere.This way has greatly improved the efficiency and quality of work in the club management process.
