氧化应激标志物与子宫内膜异位症的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)是具有生物活性的子宫内膜组织异位到子宫腔以外的部位生长,出现周期性出血并形成异位病灶,引起痛经、慢性盆腔痛、不孕、性交不适等临床症状,是育龄期女性常见的妇科疾病之一。在育龄期女性中的发病率达10%~15%,在不孕症女性中发病率高达40%~50%[1]。目前EMs病因学说主要包括经血逆流子宫内膜种植学说、血液和淋巴播散学说、体腔上皮化生学说等,但这些学说尚未能充分解释EMs的发病机制[2]。近年来研究发现氧化应激在EMs的发生发展中起到了重要作用,氧化应激是机体的应激表现,其可广泛存在于机体的各个部位。氧化与抗氧化系统失衡,氧化活性物质增多可对脂质、蛋白质、DNA等造成损伤从而影响细胞功能。本文对EMs患者血清、腹腔液、卵泡液、卵巢及子宫内膜中存在的重要氧化应激标记物进行以下综述。
