摘要
聚乙烯(PE)饮用水输水管耗氧量是判断PE管是否能用于饮用水供应的重要安全指标。因此,文章主要介绍了PE饮用水输水管的耗氧量测定原理和方法,阐述了三角瓶前处理、沸水浴加热时间、高锰酸钾溶液浓度、滴定速度、滴定终点判定等因素对测定结果的影响。分析结果表明,各影响因素对测定结果影响较大,在试验过程中要严格控制各条件因素保证检测结果的准确、可靠。
Oxygen consumption of PE drinking water pipe is an important safety index for judging whether PE pipe can be used in drinking water supply.Therefore,this paper mainly introduces the principle and method of oxygen consumption measurement of PE drinking water pipe,and discusses the influence of factors such as pretreatment of triangular flask,heating time of boiling water bath,potassium permanganate solution concentration,titration speed,and determination of titration end point.The analysis results show that each influencing factor has a great impact on the test results,and each condition factor should be strictly controlled during the test process to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test result.
