火试金富集与泡沫塑料富集AAS法测定金矿石中金的对比 被引量:4

摘要 针对测定金矿石中金元素分析的两种常用方法进行试验比对,进而进行论证,探讨了两种方法的试验时间、试验成本、精密度等。在优化工作条件下,通过消除干扰,火试金富集火焰原子吸收法适用于少量样品的准确测定,而泡沫塑料富集火焰原子吸收法适用于大批量样品的测定。两种方法金校准曲线的相关系数均不小于0.9994,火试金富集火焰原子吸收法检出限为0.5g/t,泡沫塑料富集火焰原子吸收法检出限为0.01g/t,两种方法测定结果基本一致,火试金富集火焰原子吸收法加标回收率为98%~106%,泡沫塑料富集火焰原子吸收法加标回收率为86%~114%,火试金富集火焰原子吸收法相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.005g/t,泡沫塑料富集火焰原子吸收法相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.032g/t。 The test of two commonly used methods for the determination of gold ore is carried out,and the test time,test cost and precision of the two methods are discussed.Under optimal working conditions,flame concentration atomic absorption method is suitable for the accurate determination of a small number of samples by eliminating interference,while foam concentration flame atomic absorption method is suitable for the determination of a large number of samples.The correlation coefficient of the gold calibration curve of the two methods is not less than 0.9994,the detection limit of flame concentration flame atomic absorption method is 0.5g/t,and the detection limit of foam concentration flame atomic absorption method is 0.01g/t.The results of the two methods are basically the same.The recovery rate of the flame enrichment flame atomic absorption method is 98%~106%,the recovery rate of the foam enrichment flame atomic absorption method is 86%~114%,and the relative standard deviation of the flame enrichment flame atomic absorption method(n=6)is 0.005g/t,The relative standard deviation(n=6)of the foamed plastic enrichment flame atomic absorption method is 0.032g/t.
