摘要
通过研究激励机制在事业单位人力资源管理中的应用发现,提高激励机制具有优化事业单位的权利结构、改进事业单位的人资分配模式、创新事业单位的激励形式、树立事业单位的激励意识等实效价值,能够充分发挥事业单位员工的职能效用,为提升事业单位服务水平奠定坚实基础。
Through the research on the application of incentive mechanism in the human resource management model of public institutions,it is found that improving the incentive mechanism in public institutions has functions such as optimizing right structure of public institutions,improving human resources distribution model of public institutions,innovating incentive forms of public institutions,setting up effective value of incentive consciousness in public institutions,enabling staff to give full play to their duty and functions at work and laying a solid foundation for the service of the public system.
