摘要
以番茄幼苗为试材,采用单色光质红光(R)、蓝光(B)和组合光质红/蓝7∶1(7R/1B)、红/蓝2∶1(2R/1B)为光源,以荧光灯为对照,研究LED光质对番茄幼苗生长发育的影响。以期通过观察发光二极管(LED)不同光质在番茄幼苗形态发育、生理特性及光合特性中的作用,为提高设施大棚中番茄育苗质量提供参考依据。结果表明:与对照相比,复合LED对于番茄幼苗的生长有显著促进作用。与单色光质补光相比,复合光谱有利于幼苗的生长和形态建成。其中,7R/1B光质处理显著提高了幼苗的叶面积、株高、干质量、壮苗指数、根系活力及叶片光合速率。说明7R/1B组合光有利于番茄幼苗的生长。
Taking tomato seedlings as test materials,effects of different LED light quality on growth of tomato was studied in order to provide theoretic references for the commercial production of seedlings.Different LED light quality(red light,blue light,red/blue 7∶1 light and red/blue 2∶1 light) were used as light resources,with fluorescent light as control.Effects of different LED light quality on growth and physiological characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of tomato seedlings were studied in order to provide references for the commercial production of seedlings.The results showed that compared with control,the different LED light quality treatments affected the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of tomato seedlings significantly in different ways.Compared with the under monochrome,could benefit the growth of the vegetable seedlings.Combinations of light(7 R/1 B) increased the leaf area,plant height,dry weight,seeding index,root activity and photosynthetic rate.It is concluded that the combinations of light(7 R/1 B) accelerate the growth of tomato seedling.
