锰和铅胁迫下金针菇生理反应研究 被引量:1

Study on Physiological Responses of Flammulina velutipes Under Stress of Mn and Pb

摘要 以金针菇T011菌种的菌根为试材,采用不同浓度Mn2+和Pb2+溶液进行单一胁迫处理,探究不同重金属离子对金针菇的生长发育过程中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量和过氧化氢酶活性的影响,以期为进一步开展金针菇大规模生产和环境污染治理提供参考依据。结果表明:2种重金属离子在达到一定浓度时均能抑制金针菇生长和减少可溶性糖含量。其中,Mn2+溶液对金针菇菌根的胁迫影响较为显著,而Pb2+胁迫提升了金针菇可溶性蛋白质的积累,但对可溶性糖含量积累没有明显作用。此外,2种重金属离子胁迫均促进了金针菇内部过氧化氢酶活性,且均在500 mg·L-1时,过氧化氢酶活性达到最大。因此,Pb2+和Mn2+对金针菇生长发育的影响是复杂的过程,不能从单一的生理指标变化分析趋势。 Based on the roots of Flammulina velutipes T011 treated by different concentrations of Mn2+ and Pb2+ solutions,the effects of different heavy metal ions on catalase enzyme activity,soluble protein and soluble sugar contents in the growth and development of mushroom were investigated.In order to provide theoretical basis for the further development of large-scale production of mushroom and environmental pollution control.The results showed that both heavy metal ions could inhibit the growth and reduce the soluble sugar content of the mushroom.Specifically,the growth of mycorrhiza was sensitive to Mn2+,and the soluble protein content increased with the increasing of Pb2+ concentration,while there was no significant effect on the soluble sugar content.In addition,both heavy metal ion stresses could promote the accumulation of catalase enzyme activity in the mushroom,which reached the maximum at a concentration of 500 mg·L-1.In summary,the change of physiological indicators alone did not fully reveal the mechanism of Pb2+ and Mn2+ on Flammulina velutipes.
