多元化健康教育管理提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者吸入剂用药依从性的研究

Study on improvement of inhalant medication compliance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by diversified health education management

目的探讨多元化健康教育管理对门诊慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者吸入剂用药依从性的影响。方法组建慢性阻塞性肺疾病健康教育工作小组、制订健康教育方案、实施多元化健康教育等,干预前后评价患者吸入剂用药依从情况、生活质量及吸入装置使用步骤正确率。结果干预后患者吸入剂用药依从性、生活质量及吸入装置使用步骤正确率均显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育可有效提高门诊慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者用药依从性及药物吸入技术,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of diversified health education on the inhalant compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The working group on health education of respiratory chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was established,diversified health education program was formulated,and implemented and compliance,quality of life and correct rate of the use of inhalation device were evaluated before and after intervention.Results It showed a significant increase after intervention comparing with pre-interference in many ways like,inhalant medication,quality of life and the accuracy of the use of the inhalation device(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can effectively improve the medication compliance and drug inhalation technology of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in outpatient service,meanwhile improve their quality of life.
