摘要
目的探讨在职男护士对在校本科男护生进行职业规划指导对其职业规划及职业认同的影响。方法由医院男护士成立职业规划指导小组,对某医科大学2016级本科在校男护生进行为期3个月的职业生涯规划指导及座谈交流。培训结束后,采用护理专业大学生个人职业生涯规划调查问卷、护士职业认同问卷和教学满意度问卷评价教学效果。结果职业规划指导后,男护生职业生涯规划得分和职业认同得分高于指导前(P<0.01或P<0.05);男护生对职业规划指导的教学满意率为100.00%。结论在职男护士对本科男护生进行职业规划指导和座谈交流能够提升男护生的职业规划水平和职业认同感,是一种值得推广的男护生职业规划教育形式。
Objective To explore the influence of career planning guidance on career planning and professional identity of male nursing undergraduates by male nurses.Methods Career planning guidance group was set up by male nurses in a hospital.Career planning guidance and discussion were conducted among undergraduates male nursing students of Grade 2016 in a medical university for 3 months.The teaching effect was evaluated by the questionnaire of career planning,the questionnaire of nurses'professional identity and the questionnaire of teaching satisfaction.Results After the career planning guidance,the scores of career planning and career identity of undergraduates male nursing students were higher than before(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of undergraduates male nursing students to the career planning guidance was 100.00%.Conclusion Career planning guidance and discussion among undergraduates male nursing students can improve their career planning level and professional identity.It is a form of career planning education for undergraduates male nursing students worth promoting.
